Además se encuentra en una urbanización tranquila para poder disfrutar de la estancia en la Isla. El apartamento cuenta con un pequeño jardín con terraza. Igualmente en el complejo de la urbanización, se encuentra una piscina de uso común. Lovely and refurbished apartment with stunning sea view situated in a quiet apartment complex in the quiet part of Puerto Rico, Agua de la Perra. VV-approved. The apartment has free wifi, TV with Apple TV, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, one bedroom, living room and terrace. It has one of the best locations in the complex, the access is very easy; there are no stairs (unlike other apartments in the complex) and very close to the free parking, which is hard to find in Puerto Rico

Terrace RENOVATED in May 2024. Elegant and new Studio Design with a huge terrace to enjoy the weather of Gran Canaria. Central, with all services around: supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, shops. Bus and taxi stop just in front of it. 10 min by car from the airport and 15 min from best beaches. Located in the center of Vecindario, in front of small park place, just beside of Tourism information office. For long stays you can have a cleaning service for a small charge.

Bright and very quiet bungalow, almost inside the Maspalomas golf course, in a residential complex. All on a level with no stairs! Gorgeous gardens, pools and solarium. Restaurants, supermarkets and more nearby. Complete satisfaction and pleasant stay with all the comforts of a house very equipped. One bedroom, recently refurbished within walking distance to the dunes and beach. Ideal for walking, cycling, etc. Very welcoming. Great for couples.
