I want all guests to feel at home. Pinedo is a suburb of Valencia and quietly located - in the center, however, there is everything you need to live in the center. Bakery, pharmacy, groceries . Spectacular penthouse in historic building, in the heart of Valencia, buses to the whole city, 5mn. from the metro to the airport and the beach. Elevator building. Unparalleled panoramic views of the Sky Line of Ciutat Vella and the Sierra Calderona. Terrace of 40 m2. Very close to all the attractions of the city. Recently refurbished vintage style, high ceilings and very particular. Noise-free space with complete privacy. Very original place for a romantic and quiet stay.

Banana House

Perfect for a couple or a couple with one or two children. We do not recommend for two couples or 4 adults as the bed and sofa bed are in the same room! For guests with no or bad reviews a deposit of 200€ is required upon arrival to be returned upon check out if no damage was done. Quite, authentic Spanish neighbourhood with bars and restaurants to try local dishes, tapas and paellas. Pharmacy, supermarket, bus, metro and city bicycle all within 5 minutes of walking.

This brand new apartment is meant for design lovers. We took care during the renovation of every detail and created a space where no one will ever want to leave. The apartment is carefully decorated and has light coming from every corner. Very well located and bright apartment, fully equipped, full bathroom, with two showers, surface 40 meters ,7 loft and a small balcony. Traditional neighborhood with typical grocery market. A 10-minute walk to the beach Supermarkets, bike rental shops, restaurants ...in its surroundings. Very good communication with the whole city with utilities ,Bus, train, metro,tram Free parking in the area . Nearby parking in Plaza Mercado Cabañal.

Se encuentra en una calle tranquila a 2 min a pie de la playa a 5 min del puerto deportivo y justo al lado de paradas de transporte publico (tranvía, bus) que conecta con el centro de la ciudad y el aeropuerto.
