Apartment in the 40-square-meter Cabañal on first floor with a typical staircase of the construction of the 15-step Maritime Poblados de Valencia!. Staircase giving access to two apartments, both of my property. My daughter and I live upstairs with independent access. Through the app, I am available at all times, 24 hours a day, for any kind of query or need.

The neighborhood is quiet but all the amenities are very close by including transport, beach, restaurants and night clubs. City center is approximately 20-25 minutes, Ciudad de las Artes 15 mins by bus depending on traffic. These locations are a quick taxi ride and are very inexpensive in Valencia.
