This is a brand-new ATTIC, with its own private entrance. Spectacular 360º views from its 48 m2 private terrace. Large loft ideal for 2, but additionally has also a mezzanine with double bed. It has the quietness of a country house, but being on the coast, 5 minutes driving to town centre.

Two loungers are positioned on a private solarium, offering views of the ocean. The loungers feature light-colored cushions and are complemented by potted plants, set against a textured, white wall. The serene atmosphere invites relaxation and enjoyment of the coastal scenery.

Panoramic ocean views, amazing terrace

Wonderful 70 m2 attic with amazing panoramic views to the ocean, plus 30 m2 private solarium on the top. Nice ambient with special decoration. Ideal for couples or families of 4 people, although it can afford 6 using the bed sofa in the living room. It has two bedrooms, one looking to the sea and another one to the common gardens. A swimming pool is also available in the common areas. The complex is a quiet zone, no parties allowed. Sorry but no pets either.

A light-filled living area features a modern gray sofa with green accents and a circular coffee table. Large glass doors provide access to a balcony overlooking the pool and surrounded by lush greenery. A flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall opposite the sofa.
