It is only a 2 minute walk to the pool and beach area from your lanai and 5 minutes to walk to the Kings Shoppes and the Queen's Market where you can find great shopping and fine dining. The beach in front of our property is very calm and sandy and the perfect place for a lazy day basking in the wonderful Hawaiian Sunshine while you take in all the beauty around you. Beautiful Kona Condo in the middle of Ali'i Drive.

Walk Everywhere! Kona Farmer's Market, shops, restaurants, ABC stores are all in walking distance. The ocean is across the street. The pool and hot tub are just outside the back door of our condo. You can watch the sun set everynight over the ocean, and have a one minute walk back. The laundry room is right outside of the front door for you. The grills and tables are inside the pool area, again, just outside the back door. This is a very clean, cozy, updated condo!! We hope you love it!

Serenity in Kona- with epic ocean views! Wake up with the ocean waves crashing below. Hang out on the lanai with some Kona coffee from the Green Flash cafe next door. You have a front row seat for whale watching during whale season. Or, hang out and enjoy the sunsets- at times with our local manta ray! We have a queen sofa bed, and AC.
