Let's start with an interesting visit to a small peculiar wine cellar hidden among the beautiful hills of Monferrato and a regenerating walk on its vineyards and olive groves. We get to know an heroic viticulture and the story of Tommaso, the eccentric vigneron that produces wines with a well-defined and structured personality using new techniques (such as essential oils and microorganisms on the vineyards). Wine laboratory - Time to act! Learn the vigneron' secrets and follow at least 3 of your 5 senses to combinate diffent wine typologies and find the perfect match for you! All hand made of course, as the vigneron does. Each person will receive the technical tools and the necessary advices, as well as support during the whole experience, to work with 3 different wines. Try and test the combinations to make your own blend, find the taste and smell you like more. Once the wine is crafted it's time for you to proceed with the bottling, corking, sealing and labeling of your wine! The result is a unique combination created by you. Bring home your bottle and share it with your family or friends. Other things to note We reccommend to wear comfortable clothes and shoes. The relaxing walk in the vineyard depends on the weather conditions.

A Bike Tour through an unusual and off the beaten path, unknown to most people, for a different perspective. The route is carefully studied, of medium level: we will cycle through Nebbiolo vineyards, hazelnut groves, on easy dirt roads and small roads, always away from traffic, in complete safety. Other things to keep in mind It is a MEDIUM level bike tour. It is essential to know how to ride the bicycle at a basic level and want to have fun without rushing It is an experience suitable for children with at least 12 years of age The cost refers only to the experience. It is possible to rent Ebike or MTB which will be delivered directly to the departure: the rental cost is on request. It is also possible to add tastings in the cellar: the cost of the tasting is on request.

The Truffle experience is a total immersion in the misterious world of truffle , an exclusive experience for wine and food lovers. The goal is to offer an unforgettable emotion both in nature and at the table by tasting delicacies combined with selected wines of the area. Partecipants are let to the woods with our master truffle dog. This is the most fascinating part of the route and honestly speaking the dog is the real leading actor of the hunt. The tour culminates with a lunch allowing to taste many of our products and fresh truffle of the season The goal is to offer an unforgettable emotion both in nature and at the table by tasting delicacies combined with selected wines of the area. Horseback ride lasting an hour and a half in the heart of the Basso Monferrato. Immersed in the green of our hills, through woods and meadows. Asphalted roads or roads busy with motorized transport will be avoided as much as possible. No skills are required for the experience, just a great desire to have fun and enjoy the excitement.

The tour takes place on the green hills of Monferrato and we will head towards pine forests, lakes and rivers where it will be possible to have a refreshing break during summertime. Depending on the level of skills of the participants I can tailor a tour in order to allow anyone to enjoy a nice day in the open air. No one will be disappointed: from the agonist to the family! We will welcome you in our home kitchen and we will cook together a complete traditional Piedmontese menù with a starter, a main pasta dish and a dessert. For example we will prepare Insalata Russa, Gnocchi with Castelmagno cheese and Dolce Savoia, a special version of Tiramisù that had been served by our family to Italian Royal Family at the beginning of XIX century. We will share all the secrets of our family recipes. During the lesson we will enjoy typical local wine and at the end we will have a delicious meal all together. You will receive the recipe book as a memory of this experience. We can also offer special classes gluten free, vegetarian or vegan with traditional specific recipes, as we are running a veg cooking activity since 2016. L’esperienza inizia con una camminata tra i filari circondati dal suggestivo paesaggio collinare della zona del Gavi e con il racconto del percorso di sostenibilità dell’Azienda, seguita da una passeggiata nel parco secolare intorno a Villa La Cedraia, antica dimora del tardo ‘700, e dalla visita esclusiva dell’antica costruzione in terra cruda, con gli ambienti dai soffitti a volta in mattoni e arredati con mobili d’epoca, L’esperienza enoturistica e sensoriale di eccellenza proposta prosegue con la degustazione di tre vini de La Cedraia, il Gavi DOCG nelle sue versioni Classico e Selezione e il Brut, accompagnati da assaggi dei prodotti tipici dell’area (focaccia stirata Novese, salumi di Monterotondo al Gavi, formaggio Montebore).

A regenerating beautiful day surrounded by wild landscapes and rolling hills in the Monferrato area (Piedmont) discovering an heroic viticulture. After a relaxing walk among the lines of the vineyard, olive groves and fruit plants, enjoying the fresh air of the countryside, we enter the wine cellar hidden in a little village, part of an old building used in the past by Vittorio Emanuele II the King. Several types of organic local wines are tasted directly from the barriques to better understand all the wine production phases. We visit the fermentation room, the barrique "cave", the label room and the green terrace where to enjoy the marvelous view of the hilly landscape, discovering interesting and peculiar stories of the winemaker Tommaso and his creations. From the vineyards growing to the wine-making procedures in the wine cellar, he produces his wine in the most possible ecological and natural way (using new techniques such as the use of essential oils to defeat plant diseases). His wines have a well defined and structured personality. Other things to note Remember to bring comfortable shoes to walk on the vineyard, weather permitting

The experience is called "TRUFFLE FOR A DAY". My guests, immersed in an uncontaminated territory, will participate in the search for the precious underground mushroom among meadows, hazelnut groves and woods.It will be exciting to follow the dog and his handler engaged in this superb activity. Depending on the season, it will be possible to appreciate the products of this wonderful land such as hazelnuts and grapes that the hills of Monferrato UNESCO HERITAGE offer generously. The excursion will start from the award-winning Oreste Buzio winery in Vignale M.to; where the history of the place and the production of organic wine will be presented with a delicious and rich tasting. We will also visit the Infernot, a place where wines and fine products were once kept. During the search for the TRUFFLE, a detailed naturalistic explanation of the territory will be given and an explanation on the training of the dog which, while working, will enchant the participants who will exchange amazed glances among themselves, a sensory analysis of the truffle will also be offered every day of the year except for the whole month of May and from 1st to 21st September as foreseen by the biological stop The law allows only for the Piedmont region the nocturnal "search" of the truffle, there are evening outings in the months of June, July and August in the moonlight Other things to note Dogs are not allowed. We'll share the secrets we've gathered over the years about crafting the perfect pizza. Our guests will master the art of setting up and loading the antique pizza oven at Verdmont. We'll skillfully warm it to the ideal temperature using wood sourced from our very land. Drawing from our years of experience, my family will be there to assist you every step of the way. You'll become proficient in using traditional tools like the peel and palette to stoke wood, turn pizzas, and manage the oven's heat. Roll out the dough (our specialty, allowed to rise for over 24 hours), expertly assemble and load it with your favorite toppings, and place it in the brick oven using special techniques we'll impart to you. As your pizza bakes on stone you will savor snd learn about some local wines crafted just 4 kilometers away. To conclude, we'll all gather around and indulge in local wine, beer, and, of course, the delicious pizzas you've created. The evening culminates with my homemade tiramisu dessert, and you'll depart with a handwritten recipe card for our special pizza dough.
