Guest apartment on the Wakenitz

We have converted a part of our house, where we live as a family, into a guest apartment. This non-smoking apartment is a separate part of our house. It is located on the edge of the Wakenitzniederung Nature and Landscape Protection Area, ideal for 2 to 3 people. The large living room is equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people and another, separate single bed. The kitchen with dining area is located in a second room, in front of the private entrance there is a small sunny terrace.

The cozy summer cottage is located directly on the lake and is located on the same approx. 3500 m² property as our house (approx. 45 m away). At the end of the cul-de-sac, it is very quiet, surrounded by nature. It is practically and comfortably furnished, with everything your heart desires and offers accommodation for 2 people, possibly with a child. The sofa in the living room can be used as a sofa bed if necessary. Ideal for couples, friends, a small family or all alone.

If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.

Bright tiny house with nature view

On the edge of a small farm complex, surrounded by horses, chickens and a pair of storks, is our functional tiny house. The large sun terrace with awning, the adjacent pond and the open view of nature invite you to relax. The interior includes: a cozy sitting area with sofa, table and chairs, a wood-burning stove, a small kitchenette, a sleeping berth (1.60 wide) and a small shower room. Outside is a toilet house with a Finnish compost toilet.

The apartment Marina is located in the spa area of Bad Segeberg! Lake Segeberg and the spa clinics are very close by. The spacious 3-room apartment, which is located in the rear courtyard of Villa Hoffnung, can accommodate up to six people. Welcome to the Baltic Sea! This apartment is the entire lower floor of a detached house. Here you will find everything you need for a nice vacation. The garden with terrace, lawn, pond and carport is all yours. It doesn't always have to be the beach, but it is only 500 meters away. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. You are also welcome to bring your dog. The property is fenced.
