Lakeside house

This charming detached house is located in the recreational area on the Schlosssee in Oberwaltersdorf next to Fontana Golf Club From the large living room with dining area you have access to the idyllic conservatory (incl. Sauna) with magnificent views of the beautiful castle lake. In the attic you can expect 3 rooms and a spacious bathroom including bath and shower. All 3 rooms and ground floor living space are equipped with modern Wi-Fi air conditioning, with air conditioning and heating function & Car parking space

Apartment on the ground floor

The house is located in a quiet location of the city of Mikulov and just a short walk from its historical core. It is unique for its charming views of the castle and the Holy Hill. There are two rooms with a double bed and one room with three single beds. There is also a living room with a sofa bed and a smart TV, two toilets, and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is large and fully equipped. The apartment has a terrace with seating and a relatively large garden with sauna, cooling pond, shed and barbecue.

Bruck Residence is situated in a quiet neighborhood in Bruck an der Leitha, 30 minutes away from Vienna. The Pandorf Outlet Center - to reach in just 10 minutes- a shopping paradise and great restaurants. Carnuntum Wine Region-5 minutes away by car. Have a walk through the wine yard, a lot of bike paths are waiting for you, Heuriger (local wine taverns with tasty traditional food) or buy wine from local wine producers. Other attractions-Lake Neusiedl, Family Park (both 30 min. away by car).

Our pretty townhouse with its small mediterranean-style courtyard is situated in a small lane in the centre of Laa a. d. Thaya. The popular thermal spa is within walking distance of about 11 min. The place offers the ideal basis for a relaxed thermal spa holiday, for trips to the idyllic wine villages of the area, like e.g. Falkenstein, to cultural or culinary festivities or for bicycle tours through the lovely landscape of the Weinviertel or for a visit of the beautiful Nationalpark Thayatal.

Our beautiful country house is nicely located at the heart of the Lednice-Valtice area, an UNESCO protected region famous for its wines, its palaces and its natural environment. The house is 10 minutes walk from the main square of Valtice, where you can find cafes and restaurants, but conveniently located at the edge of the village, surrounded by wines and fields, and just at the start of the popular wine route.
