Country house with extensive green areas, fruit trees, and gardens. It is located next to the Guaymincay River, which allows you to fully enjoy nature and tranquility just two kilometers from Gualaceo's central park. The house has four bedrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen, living room, outdoor corridors and two full bathrooms. Next to the house we have a large barbecue area with a dining room (for gatherings). Soccer fields, volleyball and space for a bonfire on the shore.

Modern country house 25 minutes from Cuenca.

Comfortable new and modern attached house in the countryside 25 minutes from downtown Cuenca. Completely safe with all the comedy. Ideal for this quarantine and enjoying wide green spaces. We have soccer and volleyball courts, a playground for children, friendly pets and children's games. It has to be reached by its own vehicle by second-rate routes in good condition. 5 min from the house there are shops where you will find basic necessities and the Monay Shoping is 15 min away.

Hacienda Chan Chan - TreeHouse

Hacienda Chan Chan is nestled in the mountains high above Cuenca. The TreeHouse is even higher up, possibly the world's highest (elevation) tree house. It is remote and secluded, the ideal get away for adventurous travelers. We now offer guests a ride up to the treehouse on horseback when they arrive (or car). Guests will need to coordinate with us to arrange a time. Check in needs to be before 5h30 pm. It is difficult to get to the treehouse after it is dark.

Its large windows allow you to appreciate the beautiful sunsets and landscapes that the place offers.
