The apartment includes one bedroom, a full kitchen, walk in closet with washer and dryer, one full and one half bath, and lots of space for relaxing or playing, depending on whatever you need while you're in town. We are .7 miles from UMD's SECU stadium - an easy walk to events.

There is free street parking near the premises. 15 min drive from downtown DC and great restaurants. If taking public transportation, the house is a 15 min walk from the Fort Totten metro and a bus stop a 1 min walk away. Only a 5 mins walk from Giant grocery store and fast food options.

Union Market Garden Apartment

Just 2.5 blocks to the NoMa Metro and Union Market, a short walk to Union Station, the Capitol and National Mall. The apartment is surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafes and shops all within a 5 minute walk. There are 2 full flights of stairs to enter the unit--we only recommend this space for those with healthy knees that do not travel with large suitcases. The altitude of the home means extra light, gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, and beautiful Capitol views several months of the year!
