Beautiful house & garden/ Preciosa casa con jardín

House with first quality finishes in all spaces, lounge carefully worked with modernist tiles made by Gaudí, kitchen Bulthaup, upstairs suite with rustic natural oak wood flooring, sleeping area with king-size bed, bathroom with original ceiling… It is a vintage house completely renovated with lots of light all day and with a large garden of 350 m2 to enjoy the relaxing area in the middle of the trees. Very close to the train station and only 15 minutes from Barcelona both by car and by train.

Cozy mediterranean house in the old town in pedestrian zone next to the church of San Cristóbal. Only 2 minutes from the beach, and 300 meters from the train/bus station. The apartment consists:1 exterior bathroom, dining room and kitchen on the ground floor, and 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor. With a terrace at street level, and another on the roof with sea views. Our beautiful house is in a traditional village on the coast of Barcelona just 20 minutes from the city center. Ideal for families. Parties are not allowed because it is located in a quiet neighborhood. The location is wonderful because in 3 minutes walking you can enjoy the beach or catch the train if you decide to get closer to the city.
