Cozy and modern cottage of 30 sqm with lake view of beautiful Bodasjön with private rowing boat and shared access to jetty with swimming raft. In the living room, there is a sofa, kitchen and dining area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and the two panoramic windows above the sink provide a lovely view. Separate bedroom with a double bed 160 cm wide. The bathroom is equipped with toilet, sink, shower, washing machine with dryer, towel dryer and underfloor heating. A sleeping loft suitable for children and a sofa bed are available in the cottage.

Private patio with lake view, barbecue grill. Close to a swimming area with a jetty and kiosk (summer time). On the property, there are sheep, a cat and a small dog. 8 km to grocery store. Limited public transport. Possibility to go hiking in the woods and fishing. Gothenburg (45 min), Trollhättan (30 min), the sea (45 min).

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

Vill du bada i havet, vandra i skogen, fiska i sjön? Här bor du i ett lugnt område nära naturen 700 meter från centrum. Här finns mataffärer, genuina småbutiker och strandpromenad till mysiga restauranger precis vid havet. Bra bussförbindelser till bla Göteborg, Smögen, Lysekil, ca 1 timmes resväg. 4 km finns Lyckorna golfklubb. 15 min med bil finner du ett stort köpcentrum. Vill du njuta av stillheten i skog och natur har du fina vandringsleder nära flera sjöar med start ca 1 km från boendet.

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).
