In a gated community, this house was made by a very special architect named Dedé. It's a great house for friends and family. Perfect for those who like to cook, have comfort and admire one of the most beautiful landscapes in the world! I spent many of the best moments of my life here. It has a poetry all its own. You need to experience it to feel what I'm trying to describe here. I'm biased, I know, but I recommend the experience. The house is also the setting of the book The Enchanter of People. =)

Designed by Carlos Lemos, our house is one-story, spacious, and super bright. Situated on a plot of land with a privileged view of the sea and the mountains. It is surrounded by the Atlantic Forest, with few neighbors, about 500 meters from the beach. The house is well equipped with a full kitchen and laundry room, and has fast internet (100Mb) with Wi-Fi in all rooms. The living room has a fireplace and the balcony outdoor area is quite large with a deck, hammocks and a portable barbecue.

The house is integrated in the forest, in the canopy of trees, overlooking the sea, inside the condominium, on the hill in the right corner of Félix Beach, in the most beautiful and preserved part of the Municipality of Ubatuba. Here you wake up to the sounds of the Atlantic forest and the waves. There are 3 suites, hammocks, sofas, TV with DVD, fast internet and barbecue. This is the perfect home for those who want to enjoy peace and nature, with all the tranquility in the world.

Studio with sea view, not shared, where you will enjoy nature and the beautiful Vermelha do Centro beach. The Studio has a simple kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and a clay filter. The living room has a fireplace, the bedroom has a double bed, a bedding kit, a blanket, pillows, and the bathroom has a shower stall and an electric shower. We are 2 km from the main shops in the neighborhood. We do not provide towels or toiletries and cleaning items.
