The house is isolated from the city, as if it were a farmhouse, surrounded by the sea and very close to two of the 10 most beautiful beaches in Brazil. Praia do Farol and Prainhas. Ten minutes by car on a dirt road separate the house from the city center. This is a special place because it took me six years to get permission to build there. It is the easternmost point of the ocean toward Patagonia. It also allows pets and smokers. We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse.
