The house is on the top floor of a townhouse. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Access is via a private staircase on the side to the upper floor. It is located 5 minutes (2 km) from the Center, Praia Grande and Tenório). Easy access to Highway BR 101, with access to other beaches. Close to neighborhood markets, wineries, pharmacy and bakeries. NOTE: BEDDING NOT INCLUDED

Cozy House in Ubatuba.

A small house with two double bedrooms, one with air-conditioning and the other with a ceiling fan, a living room and kitchenettes with a stove, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, with an indoor bathroom and an outdoor one in the barbecue area, and a garage. With easy access to the highway, and 15 minutes from the large beaches of Toninhas and Tenório, close to a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy. OUR BACKYARD IS ONLY SHARED WITH US, as we live in the front house with a separate garage. We do not leave towels and blankets.

The closest beach is Lamberto Beach, you have to walk 400m, but we recommend going by car!

Rustic and cozy cottage for 2 people with a double bed. Individual kitchen with general utensils such as a refrigerator, stove, microwave, TV with Sky, air-conditioning in the bedroom and a fan in the living room. Balcony overlooking the sea. Pets are allowed because it has a small private yard with the entire area fenced. Access is only by trail or boat and the transfer for check-in and check-out on our boat is already included in the daily rates.
