The Cabana is located in the Mariscal Neighborhood, close to markets, pharmacies, restaurants and bars, and is 700 meters from the beach with ideal conditions for surfing and bathing.

The three houses are facing the sea, have two floors, three bathrooms with a shower and a tempered glass box, air conditioning in all the bedrooms, living room, smart led TV, WiFi, kitchen with microwave, a balcony facing the sea with a barbecue (and granite sink), a washing machine, a beach chairs, an umbrella, a private garage (the condominium has more space), and they are for a maximum of 6 or 7 people, depending on the house. The three houses are the same size, but are set up differently.
