On the second floor, there are three en-suites, one of them with a jacuzzi with chromotherapy, as well as two more comfortable bedrooms and a full bathroom with a double sink. Remember that you can see the sea from all the rooms.

We are a 3-min walk from the center: markets, restaurants, bars, and a 5-min walk from the beach via the beautiful trail that descends from Caminho do Rei. You won't need a car to reach these places. We have a space measuring 1,500 m², a safe location, a complete and equipped house, a pool table, a heated pool, a whirlpool area, access to a private lagoon, a paddle board, a kayak, etc. Our location is privileged by natural beauty. We are located about 2 km from Praia do Rosa, but in addition to this beautiful beach, there are other beautiful beaches also in the region, such as Praia do Ouvidor, Praia da Barra de Ibiraquera, Praia do Luz, etc.

Você vai amar o espaço pela excelente localização, pelo ambiente tranquilo e reservado, e pela proximidade de tudo: mercados, farmácias, bares, restaurantes e lojas.
