Ocean View Cliff, Arraial do Cabo A beach house with three bedrooms, one of which is an en-suite, and one of which is a bungalow outside the house. Tropical style, with a 180-degree view of the ocean, this house is located on a cliff, within the Costa do Sol State Park. The place allows for great contact with nature, excellent sunsets and an infinity-edge pool facing the Atlantic Ocean. Trekking, surfing, diving, stand-up paddleboarding and mountain biking can be done daily. The house is isolated from the city, as if it were a farmhouse, surrounded by the sea and very close to two of the 10 most beautiful beaches in Brazil. Praia do Farol and Prainhas. Ten minutes by car on a dirt road separate the house from the city center. This is a special place because it took me six years to get permission to build there. It is the easternmost point of the ocean toward Patagonia. It also allows pets and smokers. There are 3 bedrooms, one is a suite, two have air-conditioning, a large living room, with a balcony surrounded by Blindex, a foosball table for the enjoyment of children and adults. In addition to the barbecue, oven and wood stove, and a beautiful garden around the house. There are two houses, one downstairs and one upstairs. The houses are independent.

But the best place is the Ponta das Bananeiras geosite, which can be accessed from the waterfront or from the Lake View Condominium, whose entrance is via the Amaral Peixoto Highway, at km 91. It is one of the fascinating places on the edge of Lagoa de Araruama, from where you have a beautiful view of the lagoon and the sunset.

The space features an en-suite (sea view), with air-conditioning, a double bed, and a bi-bed with two single mattresses. Bedroom 2 (not en-suite), with air-conditioning, double box bed, with two single auxiliary beds.
