Our property is located a few steps from the fine sand and the crystal clear waters of Tamandaré, ideal for relaxing and enjoying unforgettable moments. The new waterfront is in front of the development with several options of kiosks and very close to the center of Tamandaré where you will find supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and fair. Our flat accommodates well up to 4 people with an extremely comfortable double bed and 2 auxiliary beds, the balcony is a detachment, wide and with a wonderful view of the sea of Tamandaré, the environment very well decorated with a special touch that reflects the beach essence. The kitchen (fully equipped with airfryer, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, coffee maker, minibar, dishes, glasses and all utensils) is ideal for preparing delicious meals and the balcony invites you to rest after a day of the beach. Maré Alta has a complete leisure area with 2 swimming pools, barbecue, a children's park, a dressing room and a rooftop with a game room and a contemplation area with a breathtaking view of the sea. The infrastructure is designed to provide comfort, relaxation and fun. The site is also ideal for those who wish to explore the natural beauties of the region, such as the natural pools of Tamandaré which is just steps away and the stunning Praia de Carneiros. Parking in front and around the development with rotating vacancies subject to availability.

New and complete house. It has a private pool, air-conditioning in the living room and in the bedrooms and alexa. 400 mb wifi, Smart TV with Netflix and Disney Plus. Modern decoration, with industrial style, for a quiet and comfortable stay. Enjoy the beach, bars and restaurants during the day and have a wine in the pool at night.
