Garagem para até 4 carros, 2 banheiros com chuveiros (1 na parte superior da casa e outro na edícula) e 1 lavabo na parte inferior da casa. TV a cabo, netflix e Wi-Fi, e toda estrutura necessária p cozinha e quartos.
