Perto do centro da Vila, mas longe do movimento, em cima da praia a casa tem a localização ótima para relaxar, ir dar um mergulho no mar ou ir tomar um café à Vila. Na primavera, verão ou outono, a temperatura amena da ilha, permite a fruição da praia. No inverno, a praia continua a ser um bom motivo para longos passeios.
