UPDATE: We installed Air Conditioning in September 2025. The apartment now has AC in the Living Room and Bedrooms. 2-bedroom holiday apartment with oceanfront very well located. Just upfront the apartment is a little public access to the sea. This is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing vacation by the oceanside and to visit the beautiful Terceira island.

Casa nova restaurada, mantendo-se alguns pormenores da antiga moradia. Fica no 1º piso da casa, tendo acesso pelo pátio ao quintal exterior. Do quintal poderá ter uma vista soberba sobre parte da cidade e para as ilhas de S. Jorge e Pico. É um T1, composta por um quarto, casa de banho, cozinha e sala comum.

UPDATE: after a quite hot summer we installed new and more powerful Air Conditioning. Great flat, located in a peaceful and quiet street and very close to the ocean. Perfect to bring the family, enjoy the best of this beautiful village and spend sunny days in the clean and salty ocean water 😍
