Located in a quiet environment at the end of our 800 metres track from the Prince’s highway and a few steps from the water’s edge. Our home has the privilege of private beach access & magnificent ocean views. Sitting room & 1 bedroom has a rural view & located off off our courtyard. bedroom 2 has a limited ocean view

Breakwater Villa minutes walk to Beach and more

Enjoy a relaxing stay in Warrnambool’s prime location in this lovely 3 storey, 3 bedroom, 2 lounge rooms, 1.5 bathroom Breakwater villa ( keeping in mind there are stairs). A short walk to the beach, the Deep Blue Day Spas ( natural hot springs) and skatepark. Minutes away from the Lake Pertobe playground/ and bbq’s. Mini golf just a step away. There are some great restaurants not too far away. 20 minute walk to Flagstaff maritime village and another 5 minutes and you are in the city centre.

A one bedroom self contained unit with a balcony off the bedroom with sea views. A seperate lounge area and Kitchenette. Right in the middle of town. 30m from a supermarket. Fresh and modern facilities. With off street parking. A 2 minute walk to shops, restaurants, cafes, hotels and beaches. A great place to relax after a day of hiking the Great South West Walk, surfing or fishing. Motorcycle freindly with off street gated yard parking. No Pets and not suitable for children.

St. Peter's Accommodation Cape Bridgewater

Only a short drive from the pristine Bridgewater Bay, Discovery Bay and 20 minutes from Portland; the magnificently restored St. Peter's Church, which was built in 1883 and held its first service on the 5th of August 1884 has style, character, sophistication and charm and is certainly a destination of distinction. Duck-in

The space is a simple attic/loft, set in a large garden with great views of the wetland and the ocean. We are a few minutes walk from Killarney beach which is a very safe swimming spot and Port Fairy is 10 minutes down the road. There is heaps of birdlife and when you are in the loft it feels a bit like a tree house. It has a compact bathroom and basic kitchenette with sink, microwave, kettle and bar fridge but no stove. Access is via an external spiral staircase.

Ella Blue Absolute Beachfront

Ella Blue has beautiful 180 degree views over the East Beach. You are so close you could touch it! This beach front property is well suited to a couple or family of four. A large deck spans the upstairs apartment which gives you amazing views and is perfect to enjoy a very relaxing holiday. The apartment is the upstairs section of a holiday house and has a private entrance. With the town within walking distance this apartment is a wonderful escape from reality.

It is within easy walking distance to stunning beaches, the wharf area and is well situated to explore the locality on foot. The 1840’s cottage has been sensitively renovated and offers modern comforts while maintaining a truly authentic experience of historic Portland.

Robeathyn is a spacious 4 bedroom beach house set on a headland with sweeping vistas of Discovery Bay and the Southern Ocean. The house is one of two set on 10 acres of natural bushland and nearby access to the Great South West Walk. Ideal in all seasons; you can enjoy the ocean crested sunsets on the expansive patio as you sip on a wine or two, alternatively you can snuggle in around the fire and enjoy the same amazing view from the lounge area.

Located halfway between Warrnambool and Port Fairy, surrounded by beautiful green countryside, walking distance to Tower Hill reserve and a short drive to the hidden gem of Killarney beach. The studio is a private apartment, semi attached to our home, Heathbrae, in peaceful gardens set on over 2 acres.
