The space is 1,500 square feet and includes 2 bedrooms, an open kitchen, and a TV room in the basement. There is ample room to spread out and maintain privacy. - Please note that the cottage is not young child-friendly, as it features open outlets, designer furniture, and heavy, unsecured mirrors.

The location is a desirable 5 minute drive to all of the Grafton bars and restaurants . Our home can accommodate a group of 6 with 2 bedrooms on the second level and a separate loft space over the garage . Note: All bedrooms are on second level so guests will need to be able to negotiate stairs

The Studio joins our sister Grafton Getaway locations and is located on 3 acres just 7 minutes from town. Bring the kids for pond fishing and rock play pit or have a couples retreat in this cozy studio home. Walk the property which has fruit trees and a dry creek bed, or enjoy our hammocks, rocking chairs, record player etc that Grafton Getaway Guesthouses are known for. Our Towering Pines rental home is on the other side of driveway.
