You have come to the right place to find an unforgettable apartment! Our Fresh, Relaxing Studio has a light, fresh and youthful style along with being very comfortable and functional. Decorated with modern and minimalist furniture pieces, this flat is accentuated with flavors of living spaces that are commonly found in Scandinavian countries. And be assured that you will not find a more centrally located flat! Don't miss out on staying at one of only six unique 'El Alma de Las Ramblas' flats, all of which are located in a recently renovated historical 19th century building. We are three friends who decided to embark on this project to refurbished 6 apartments in a same building located right off of arguably Barcelona´s most famous street: Las Ramblas. It was important to us to turn these apartments into cozy and functional living spaces for our guests. We chose the new beds, beddings, sofas, dining tables and chairs, lamps, kitchenware and small appliances with great care and consideration. We believe we were successful in creating an pleasant space in each of the flats- and we hope you will also agree after having spent time there. The entire studio is for the guests to use. We respect the privacy of our guests and yet also would be available to provide any assistance possible that would make our guests´ stay a confortable and an enjoyable one. The apartment is at the epicenter of Barcelona, just off the beginning of iconic Las Ramblas, which is known for its myriad of activities. Join the crowds who have come to stroll, shop, and dine along the city's most dynamic street. Brew some coffee and settle down on a comfy, mid-century chair and let in the light at this modern, neutral apartment in the center of the city. Get a true taste of tapas down on the street below, then relax with a glass of wine on the balcony. This apartment is as central as central can be! You will be able to walk* to many worthwhile sites: 1. La Boquería Market: 4 minute walk 2. Picasso Museum: 13 minute walk 3. La Pedrera: 22 minute walk 4. La Sagrada Familia: 42 minute walk 5. La Barceloneta (former fishermen´s neighborhood by BCN´s port): 25 minute walk 6. The beach: 30 minute walk. For a seaside view or stroll (15 mins walk) 7. Etc, (You get our point;-)) (*Walking time estimates based on (Hidden by Airbnb) Maps) Or if you wished to take a taxi or public transportation (to take you within Barcelona as well as to its surrounding cities such as Girona, Sitges, etc.) both options are also easily available within less than 3 minute walk from the flat. It is also important to note that before we send you the details for checking in, it is obligatory from the local mandate that we receive a foto of your official ID, ie. Passport or National ID for EU citizens, in order to register your visit to the Catalan authority commission*. *Official Notice from the Generalitat de Catalunya It is compulsory for persons staying in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia to register there. And if you need to work, come to our exclusive CoWorking located 150mt away with a beautiful terrace on the roof of the building. Do you need anything else? One bedroom luxury apartment is in one of the best locations Barcelona has to offer. It offers you the opportunity to stay right in the heart of the city near all the perfect places to sightsee an easy walk away. The bedroom has a relaxing King Size bed with cotton sheets and large comfortable carpets that decorate the entire apartment. Elegant living area has a comfortable sofa which converts into a Queen bed size for the 3rd and 4th guest. The kitchen is completely equipped and the luxury continues in the en-suite bathroom where you have a hydromassage bath and a separated glassed-in shower. Furthermore, if you need to work in a more private and quiet environment, you can use our business center. And if you need to print a ticket or have a meeting, we put at your disposal the services of our business center. Passeig de Gràcia, the most iconic and cosmopolitan street in Barcelona, you will be able to find the most exclusive stores (Loewe, Armani, Louis Vuitton, Cartier, etc.), some of the most representative examples of Catalan Modernist architecture (La Pedrera, Casa Batlló), as well as cinemas, restaurants and a wide range of leisure options. It's set on one of the most famous streets in all Spain, with the area designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site. As well as offering shopping and entertainment attractions, it's a showcase for modernist architecture by Gaudi and Domenech i Montaner.
