Das helle, neu renovierte Studio im Japandi-Stil bietet Ruhe, Komfort und eine entspannte Atmosphäre. Genieße sonnige Stunden auf dem Balkon mit Strandkorb, entspanne auf dem großzügigen Loungesofa und schlafe erholsam im Boxspringbett. Die voll ausgestattete Küche lädt zum entspannten Kochen und Genießen ein. Strand, Cafés und Boutiquen erreichst du bequem zu Fuß.

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

"Goldmädchen - Honeymoon Suite" A luxury-class beach villa welcomes you on the first sea line. The 125-year-old villa "Goldmädchen" was faithfully renovated in 2021. The result is four spacious, modern and exclusively equipped apartments. Enjoy the view over the Bay of Lübeck from the rooftop terrace of the Goldmädchen. The apartment has two bedrooms, a living/dining area with kitchen island, a bathroom, a sauna and a large roof terrace facing the sea.

Vacation home "Altes Torhaus" - Gut Kletkamp

The Gatehouse (Torhaus) in Kletkamp was built in 1775 and, along with the many other gatehouses in Schleswig-Holstein, is one of the most beautiful in the country. In addition to the generous living space of 200 m², the half of the house on the waterfront offers a wonderful view of the oldest manor house in the country. The nearest beach is only 11 km from the accommodation and offers bathing fun as well as cozy restaurants with Nordic dishes.

After the walk on the beach, jump under the garden shower in the wind-protected garden and then relax in the warm bathtub, listen to the seagulls, maybe go to the sauna again before you retreat to the lounge on the veranda or to the protected loggia to relax. Vacation home near the Baltic Sea, 110 sqm with own garden

Welcome to our newly built vacation home in the municipality of Scharbeutz on the Baltic Sea. The house is quietly and idyllically located in a cul-de-sac and offers plenty of space for up to four people with about 110 m² of living space, a fenced garden and a covered terrace. We built the house anew in 2025 and furnished it with a lot of love for detail and are now looking forward to guests who appreciate this place exactly as we do.

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.
