Classic cottage! Built by your host's grandparents Frank & Bug Howard in the early 1940s this updated home is located on the 7 acres of Howard's Pond, a small getaway in Benton Station, Tennessee minutes from the Ocoee River, the Cherokee National Forest and more! Whitewater rafting, hiking, exploring outdoors, or historical sites in the area are among the fun things to do while staying at Howard's Pond! Gun enthusiasts will love Benton Sporting Clays outdoor shooting range around the corner!

Creekside Cottage near the Hiawassee and the Ocoee

The cottage has a breathtaking view of the Chilhowee mountain starting in September and last through the winter. It is visible from the dining room, living room, master bedroom, front porch, and back deck. There are three outdoors tables with chairs. It sleeps six comfortably with the option of an air mattress for extra people. It has a creek in the yard. It is 8 miles to the Ocoee river and the Hiwassee. Because you are in the National Forest there will be no shortage of parks to visit.

This riverside retreat with majestic mountain views is right on the Hiwasee River! The spacious home is primely located in Delano, TN, a mile from Gee Creek, five miles from Etowah, a half-hour from Cleveland and Ocoee River rafting, and less than an hour from Chattanooga.
