It is composed of: - a living room with balcony, sofa bed and dining area, - a separate bedroom with a double bed of 140 cm, - a separate kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, - a bathroom with shower and toilet. The building does not have an elevator. Only two people can fit on the balcony.

This studio was created on the ground floor of our house. You have a separate entrance to the garden and its oleanders and a parking space in the driveway. The studio is fully equipped with a real kitchen, desk and Wi-Fi.
