Mars Hill Farm Tiny House Cottage

This tiny cottage is nestled behind an old farm house on a 100 acre working farm just 25 mins south of Downtown Dallas. The 200 square foot space features a detached / shared bathroom connected by the front porch with beautiful stock tank soaker tub. Inside there is a bunk-room complete with full and twin size beds, a cozy loft with a queen mattress, and quaint living room with futon, electric kettle, microwave, and mini fridge. If you need a place to escape the hustle and bustle this is it!

Our Cabin In The City offers the best of both worlds: a tranquil retreat in nature, with easy access to a host of amenities and activities. Just a short drive away, a charming array of dining options awaits you. This unique romantic glamping cabin near Dallas is on five wooded acres in an authentic, robust, all-season safari tent. The adult-only cabin features a king canopy bed draped in black velvet curtains, wild floors, an electric fireplace, a 53” indoor tub and rain shower, an 8'x3' outdoor tub and shower, and 1800 sf. deck to relax midst towering cedar and oak trees. Rustic Lil' Farm Getaway! Clean, Cozy & Homey!

There is nothing quite like a peaceful stay out on the farm. Especially when you are not responsible for feeding the animals or fixing the fences!! :) Come and enjoy a private, cozy, comfortable stay in our unique property! Surrounded by wonderful farm life and quiet neighbors, there are a few better places! We love the space and taking care of our guests. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. All 4 bedrooms are large and spacious. Each has a Roku TV. Game room with pool table, 65 inch Roku TV, dart board, and seating. Nicely stocked kitchen and dining in kitchen, dining room, and on patio. The pool is available, but not heated. Spa is not heated. The pool is cleaned weekly on Tuesday. There is a pool net available to remove leaves and other debris. Trailers, boats, RVs can not be parked at the property.

The Little House

Experience luxury tiny home living when you stay at La Casita, nestled in the county just a few miles from downtown Waxahachie and only 25 minutes from downtown Dallas. With all the amenities of home, this is the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Spacious enough for a couple as well as a kid sized futon in the living room. Sit back and relax on the private covered porch, while enjoying your morning coffee. La Casita is the perfect home away from home.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.
