Charming cottage with an ocean view in a private setting seaside community with updated kitchen that does NOT include a stove however there is a cooktop, microwave and toaster oven, 3/4 bathroom w a shower. Firestick/RokuTV. It is ONE room, open concept with a comfortable memory foam easy fold out king couch. The cottage is separate from the house and has its own entrance w own parking for 2 cars. 1 mile from the beach and 5 miles from downtown. **PLEASE NOTE ONLY 2 PERSON OCCUPANCY**!!

Set in a quiet cul-de-sac at the end of our driveway, this tiny house is part of our family compound and working horse farm. We have and many animals. Enjoy your space, knowing we are just 50 yards away should you need anything. This is a true tiny house experience. The kitchenette has everything you need. The sleep loft is accessible by a ladder and has a low ceiling. Disclaimer there is no door on the toilet, which is tucked away in the kitchen area. WiFi connection is not guaranteed.
