Ma maison (historique et de famille !) à Ste-Marine : Ty Plouz, surnommée Le Paradis par les amis, en 1ère ligne et bénéficiant d’une magnifique vue mer et accès direct à l’estuaire. Attention draps et serviettes ne sont pas fournis par défaut, mais sur simple message Tetyana peut s'en charger (tarif 25 euros le grand lit, 15 euros le petit lit, avec serviette de toilette).

This new single-storey house welcomes you to Combrit Ste-Marine, a typical village bordered by the Odet River and its coasts offering breathtaking views of the ocean. South facing, with a 500 m² garden located in a small quiet subdivision. The total surface area is 100 m², of which 90 m² is accessible to guests. The garage is also accessible if needed, especially for access to the washing machine or to store your bicycles. Land fully fenced, but does not have a gate.
