Charming house in the heart of Perros-Guirec

Ar penty is a haven of peace in the heart of the pretty town of Perros Guirec, all shops and restaurants are between 5 and 10 minutes' walk and the two beaches as well as the port are 15/20 minutes' walk. You have a panoramic view of the sea at the end of the street as well as the coastal path. It's a good place to stay, it's comfortable and cozy with two bedrooms (2 double beds) 2 toilets, 1 bathroom, a beautiful kitchen and a warm living room overlooking a nice and quiet landscaped exterior.

This beautiful one bedroom property is perfect for a relaxing getaway. On the ground floor this property has an open plan living space, featuring a kitchen, dining and lounge area, warmed by a large wood stove. The shower room and toilet are also on this level. Up stairs is the master bedroom and relaxing loft area with a sofa bed. At the rear of the property is a private patio with uninterrupted views of the Breton countryside.
