Appartement de 50 m2 comprenant une grande pièce à vivre et une grande chambre avec dressing. Appartement très lumineux et chaleureux dans une résidence sécurisée. De très bonnes prestations pour les équipements dont une machine à laver le linge. Convient à une famille avec à disposition un lit parapluie et une chaise haute. Exposition ouest/est avec petite vue mer à chaque velux. Accès plage au pied de l'immeuble. Commerces à proximité. Proche de nombreux lieux touristiques.

Beautiful bright accommodation, facing south on the 2nd floor, located at the commercial port facing the 3rd basin. you will enjoy sitting on the sofa or having lunch with a beautiful view of the commercial port. The living room is very nice and just makes you want to discover the horizon. The bedroom includes a 160*200 bed, a large closet and a desk. A second quality sleeping area is available in the living room. Bathroom with a double sink and an XXL shower. Separate toilet.
