It offers a striking panorama of the rolling countryside and a view of the sea 2 km away as the crow flies. Rated 4 stars, it is very comfortable.

You will appreciate the magnificent sea view from all the rooms of the house and the garden which changes with the tides, the sun, the waves and the wind. Ti Forn – The bread ovens of Rosconnec

The house consists of 3 pentys (small farm buildings) of which 2 are equipped with bread ovens. We renovated them for 3 years in an ecological spirit to form an atypical whole. Located on a meander of the Aulne Maritime in an old Breton village, the house is ideally located for visiting the Armorica Natural Park, access to the beaches of Douarnenez Bay (10 min), the town of Châteaulin (all shops 5 min away), Menez Hom. The landscape changes with the tides.

Independent accommodation

This charming accommodation is close to the town center of Folgoët and Lesneven (800 m from the city center), 12 minutes from Keremma beach. A large supermarket and various shops are close by. It consists of a 14 m² bedroom with a dressing room, sink and shower and a kitchen-WC room and small living room. You have access to the house's closed parking lot, as well as the garden and wooden terrace. The space is completely independent of the house.

The Magnolia house is located in the countryside. Surrounded by hiking trails, you can take beautiful walks. It has a beautiful exterior with a large Spa to relax. Inside, a suite with a 180 × 200 bed on the ground floor and two bedrooms upstairs (one 160 × 200 bed and two 70 × 190 beds). Bed and bath linens are provided.
