Das neu renovierte Apartment befindet sich in zentraler Lage der Rosenstadt Eutin, 50 Meter neben dem Wasserturm.200 Meter bis zum Großen Eutiner See. In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Marktplatz. Inmitten der idyllischen holsteinischen Schweiz und einer wunderschönen Seen-Landschaft gelegen ist es ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die idyllische Umgebung. Bis zur Ostsee sind es. ca. 20 min. mit dem PKW. Lübeck, Kiel und HH sind gut zu erreichen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vor dem Haus möglich.

Start by bike or on foot from the house or go canoeing on Lake Plön. At the house you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the 3 secluded terraces on the natural property. The large property, which is fenced off towards the street, offers opportunities to play outdoor games or to relax. In the evening you can spend time together in front of the fireplace. Living / dining room are separate. The property is NOT a lake property, the walk to the lake takes 5 minutes right through our small village.

Garden happiness and country love await you at Regine's beautiful thatched cottage in the village of Bellin. Nature lovers are welcome and will feel comfortable here. Surrounded by meadows and forests, relaxation begins right outside the front door. Wonderful forest walks offer new discoveries every day. Fallow deer, sea eagles, bats and cranes are not uncommon. Lake Selenter with the best swimming quality borders directly on the village and the Baltic Sea can be reached quickly by car.

Located in the idyllic small town of Eutin (Fissau), about 300 meters from the Kellersee. SUP or bike tours, hiking or walking, canoeing and much more is possible right outside the door. Surrounded by picturesque Holstein Switzerland, between a beautiful lake landscape, it is an ideal starting point for excursions into the beautiful surroundings. It's also close to the Baltic Sea (about 20 minutes). The distance to the market square in Eutin is about 3 km.

The Kösterwohnung is located on the ground floor of the historic country house that probably once belonged to the Lammershagen estate: 85 sqm – equipped with cozy kitchen-living room, fireplace, piano (slightly disturbed) and private terrace. In this apartment you can start your rest from day one with a relaxed view of the lake. For excursions into nature, you can cycle from the front door. If you like, you can barbecue directly on your own lake or paddle with the SUP or paddle boat you brought with you. Our private lake has no "paddleable" connection to other lakes. You can log in to Netflix & Co with your own account on the TV. You can reach Timmendorfer Strand in 30 minutes.

Good Pettluis - Vacation in the Mansion

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.
