25 m² studio in a recent house (2017) with independent entrance and parking space located on the GR34 passage. Several restaurants and Coz Pors Beach are within walking distance in a few minutes. Close to the house, and also within walking distance, are the aquarium and the sea forum (30° seawater pool and spa). Check-in is anytime after 3pm. We don't guarantee the sun, but we can guarantee good wine!! (Yves is a wine merchant).

Pink granite, hiking trails, the GR 34 passes 300m from the cottage. Beaches on foot, fishing on foot, within 50m, port cafe, restaurant and fish sale live by fishermen. Access to the mezzanine does not accommodate children under 10 years of age.
