Orientée plein sud, la pièce de vie est entourée de belles terrasses aménagées face à un joli jardin arboré de 400m² et d’une piscine chauffée en haute saison selon météo ! A proximité du Cap, nous mettons également à la location des vélos électriques pour découvrir les alentours !

The town of Erquy, Cap Fréhel and Fort Lalatte are a few minutes drive away. Saint Malo and the pink granite coast are about an hour away.

Pool heated YEAR-ROUND to 28°C, equipped with a bench. Located 10 minutes from Dinan and 30 minutes from St-Malo and Dinard. Complete equipment: Wi-Fi, large 140 cm TV, all necessary appliances. Linens and towels provided (beds made before your arrival). No bath towels for the pool.

It is accessible from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Located near Paimpol, 300 meters from the beach, I will be happy to host you in an independent apartment located on the ground floor of my house The GR34 passes in front of the house and will allow you to hike on the coastal trails and swim in the sea

Vous disposerez d'une extension de 25 m2 avec terrasse donnant sur la piscine chauffée et une cuisine d’été de 10 m2. Un local fermé vous permettra de ranger vos vélos. L'ensemble se situe dans une rue calme d'un hameau de Binic tranquille et sympa, à 2 km des plages, des commerces et des restaurants. Le logement n’est pas adapté aux enfants en bas âge et aux bébés.
