The beautiful coastlines of Brittany are only just over 1 hour drive. The beach at Lac de Guerledan is 10 mins away. A good selection of shops, bars & restaurants are available. Between land and sea: Old 18th century farmhouse. Cottage rented for touristic purposes. Spacious, renovated and equipped, to comfortably accommodate 4 people, bright and pleasant with all the comforts necessary for your stay. At the edge of a wood in a quiet cul-de-sac in the countryside. Numerous hiking trails. Close to all shops (Super U, bakery, tobacco press, doctor etc...). 20 minutes from Lake Guerlédan - 40 minutes from Saint-Brieuc and 1 hour from the Emerald Coast.

L'Antre de Kergoff

Welcome to the Antre de Kergoff, We offer a single-story house located in the heart of central Brittany, at the foot of Lake Guerlédan, in the Côtes d'Armor. Ideally located at the crossroads of the Breton departments of Côtes d'Armor, Morbihan and Finistère. Accessible for people with reduced mobility. In a small Breton village

This cottage can accommodate 9 people, because it is composed of two independent houses: one that can accommodate 7 people, the second two people; it is located in the heart of the village, near the church. Around, beautiful forests and landscapes magnified by the Arrhe Mountains. Fishing, swimming and water activities possible at Lake Guerlédan located 10 minutes by car. Heat pump heating. No cleaning fee unless the house is not made clean.

The refuge

Need for nature, calm, come and enjoy a stay in the heart of Brittany. This small, typically Breton house is south-facing. Very easy access, 2 minutes from the Rennes Brest main road. On foot, you can access Lake Guerlédan. For the more motivated, to the Abbey of Bon Repos in Saint Gelven, to the Beau Rivage site in Caurel, to the Sordan cove in Sait Aignan... By car you are 12 km from Mûr de Bretagne, 30 km from Pontivy and 55 km from Saint Brieuc.

Lann Avel – Guaranteed escape to the countryside

Welcome to Lann Avel, a characterful longhouse located in a quiet village, ideal for a relaxing stay. Enjoy a large wooded park to relax, a stone's throw from the Liscuis hiking trails and its nature reserve. The canal from Nantes to Brest, the abbey of Bon-Repos and the lake of Guerlédan are very close. Swimming, walks, water activities, shops and swimming pool are accessible in a few minutes. A peaceful and refreshing setting awaits you!

Peaceful and natural tiny house

A small wooden house with its quiet garden, in the heart of an organic vegetable farm, Ideally located for hikes, admiring the sunken paths, woods, pretty meadows and streams or simply recharging your batteries. It is an invitation to disconnect and return to nature. From the south-facing terrace with barbecue, dining table, garden furniture… you can observe the hill, the forest in front of you and let the songs of birds lull you.

Pond-side cottage in unspoiled nature

Isolated 4-season chalet for 2 people and 1 child by a pond, in a large garden-forest. Dragonflies, kingfishers... and with a little luck, otters and roe deer. Wake up, take a dip... or take the oars! The chalet has a kitchenette, sofa, table, 2 single beds + 1 child's mattress. The dry toilets are outside. A Finnish sauna welcomes you in the cold season (€20). Far from any noise or light pollution, dare to return to nature!

Cozy quiet studio near Lake Guerlédan.

1km from the canal from Nantes to Brest, 1km from the Guerlédan dam and 1km from the village of St Aignan, well-equipped studio at the end of a longhouse with independent entrance, very quiet place. Ideal for cyclists, walkers or hikers as a couple or solo. Many nearby hiking trails, mountain biking and water activities. We are also 50 minutes from the Pink Granite Coast and 1 hour from the Golf du Morbihan.

Gîte near Lake Guerlédan

A few kilometers from Lake Guerlédan, this cottage for 4 people, redone in 2012, is composed of an entrance, a kitchen/dining room – living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and two toilets. It is located 5 km from Bon Repos Abbey, 10 km from Lake Guerlédan, 60 km from Lorient or St Brieuc. Guests will have access to a large garden, deck chairs, BBQ, ping pong table and badminton set.
