La casa a pasado la certificación de limpieza de Covid-19 por la consejería de Murcia. Ideal para trabajar ya que dispone de un estudio con todas las comodidades de una oficina.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor (elevator available), just a few meters from the beach of the Mar Menor. The building is located next to the protected nature reserve of the Salinas de Marchamalo, where you can spot flamingos. In the evening you can see the lights of the buildings on La Manga.
