This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. Peace reigns here.

The apartment is located in the central area of Playa Paraíso on the renowned Costa Adeje. It overlooks the ocean directly, offering a breathtaking view, and is surrounded by a beautiful promenade and beach. There are swimming pools for adults and children, lifts and 24-hour security. Opposite the Hard Rock, you will find various restaurants, supermarkets, a pharmacy, a doctor and car rental.

Cosy and fully equipped Boutique Apartment facing the sea, with direct access to the beach 10m away, ideal for sea lovers. Very bright and with incredible views. The apartment is on the ground floor with direct and private access. It has a bedroom with a 1.60 m double bed and a sofa. A living room/kitchen equipped with everything you need, a bar to enjoy the views and a spacious and comfortable bathroom, as well as a washer-dryer, clothesline and towel warmer. Guests are asked to provide their ID before arrival.

A villa with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room-kitchen, and a beautiful garden with an unheated pool. In the south of Tenerife it is warm all year round so the pool can always be used, without the need for it to be heated. The villa has wifi and all the necessary amenities for a great stay. There is air conditioning in the living room and in all the bedrooms except one, the one that does not have air conditioning has a manual fan.
