One with a double bed, with access to the deck seen in the photo, and another with a single bed and two armchair beds. The living room armchair can also be converted into a bed. Outdoor grill. It has security, a tennis court and direct and private access to El Barco beach. It is raised 4 m above ground level, which allows for an excellent view of the neighborhood and the sea, but it is not recommended for small children. Built in two modules, one social area plus master bedroom and the other 2 bedrooms plus bathroom
