Due to the elevated situation of the home, you will enjoy the pleasant sea breeze and beautiful views from your private garden with BBQ and pool. The home has been tastefully designed with new furniture and decoration. High speed internet. Although shops and restaurants are a 5 min drive away, the area feels peaceful and secluded.

Aire acondicionado y ventiladores de techo con mando a distancia.Tres habitaciones (dos en planta alta) . Dos baños, uno en cada planta. Cocina con barra dando al salón. Lavadero independiente. Urbanización privada con piscina con socorrista y plaza de garaje propia en la misma puerta de la vivienda. Amplias zonas cercanas con parques, jardines y paseos junto al mar.

En el salón hay 2 sofás cama y un sofá tresillo, el cual es bastante amplio y con mucha luz natural. Fibra óptica, Wi-Fi gratis. Posible una quinta persona, consultar antes. Se encuentra en una de las calles más centrales del pueblo, muy cerca del parking gratuito, bares, autobús y demás. A un par de kms de la playa. WE SPEAK ENGLISH.
