An Oasis of Wellness! This impressive holiday home, partially powered by solar energy (12 solar panels), with 4 bedrooms, sea views, a private heated pool, and a jacuzzi, offers everything one could wish for a perfect, relaxing, and comfortable holiday — whether for a large family or a group of friends. Located in a quiet and safe residential area right in front of Ensenada Pelada beach, it features a spacious terrace with a cozy seating area under a romantic wooden pergola, sun loungers to enjoy the wonderful Canary Islands climate, a dining area also protected by a pergola, and a large barbecue. The very spacious living room with open kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of appliances, including a water filtration system. Three double bedrooms and an independent studio with air conditioning, two double beds, and its own en-suite bathroom, plus two additional full bathrooms with showers — one of which has a whirlpool bathtub with sea views — guarantee the privacy of all guests. You will also find a complete towel set. You’ll enjoy every corner of this special property, both its outdoor spaces and its warm, comfortable interior furnishings. You’ll also find a separate utility room with a washing machine and dryer, a safe, and an alarm system. The center of El Médano is only a few minutes away by car. Due to its proximity to the protected natural beach of Ensenada Pelada, we inform our guests that on very windy days, large amounts of sand may accumulate in the pool area, which could affect the outdoor appearance. Likewise, because of the proximity to Tenerife South Airport, occasional aircraft noise may be heard. The total built area of the house is 190 m², including the studio. The plot is 350 m². The pool measures 7.50 m × 3.60 m and is 1.60 m/1.70 m deep, except at the entrance where the depth is about 35 cm over an area of approximately 2 m². Included in the rental price are fiber-optic Wi-Fi, thousands of international TV channels, bed linen, towels, beach towels, a hairdryer, and an ironing set. Please note that this holiday home is equipped with a visible surveillance camera system in the shared outdoor areas, to provide greater security during your stay. The cameras inside the property do NOT record footage; they only serve for motion detection and possible activation of the alarm system. We kindly remind guests that this is a residential property. Therefore, we ask you to respect quiet hours (from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.), not to host parties, and not to smoke inside the accommodation. Nice apartment with panoramic views and direct to the sea. Fully equipped, both in the kitchen and the rest of the apartment. The apartment has a double room with sea views and with full en-suite bathroom, another room with two single beds. In both rooms it has a wardrobe with hangers, folding windows and curtains. In the living room it has a comfortable sofa, smart-tv, books, wifi, etc. and access to the private balcony where you will find a terrace table and enough seating for four people, the views are fantastic. The upper part has a private solarium with lawn and sunbeds. In the kitchen it has a refrigerator with refrigerator, microwave oven, ceramic hob with extractor, washing machine, dishwasher, juicer, toaster, etc... IMPORTANT: - Beach towels inclusive - more space in your bags!!! Very comfortable and fully equipped apartment, with an unbeatable view to enjoy every meal watching the sea and the beach. What a feast upon entering: tasteful, contemporary and a wonderful holiday apartment right on the ocean. Open kitchen fully equipped, beautiful teak table and chairs. Nice sofas and a view over the spacious terrace to the sea. The bedrooms have good beds and are always made up. We supply bath towels. From the back door you enter the parking garage and at Casa Medano 8 it is directly accessible from the street. A spacious storage room. Thanks to the beautiful art of Javez, you can clearly feel that the decoration has been done with the heart.
