Este mediterráneo apartamento de 3 dormitorios esta situado en un edificio con acceso directo a la playa de La Roda, con su mar turquesa y su característico blanco de los cantos rodados o la zona de arena. A pocos metros esta el nuevo paseo de Altea, recién reformado. El apartamento esta enfrente del casco antiguo y tiene unas bonitas vistas a este, a la bonita cúpula azul de la iglesia de Nuestra Señora del Consuelo, estando a 5 minutos andando de él. Enfrente hay un amplio parking público.
