Marinero, the sailor, was furnished by us with a lot of love and details so that you can feel comfortable and forget everyday life. On foot you can reach Lavaculos beach in 200 m, wonderful for families with children to look for crabs, fish and watch seabirds. It's a 5-minute walk to Costa Sancti Petri. The apartment is 85 m² and very quietly located. From the large balcony you can look over the pools and the garden, from the small balcony you can look over the marismas to Cádiz.

Row house in loft style on two floors for 2 persons. The light-flooded rooms in open design have large window fronts. A living-dining area with fully equipped open kitchen, a spacious sleeping area with large double bed, two toilets and showers are part of the equipment. A terrace with seating and dining table in front of the house and the roof terrace invite you to linger. Large window fronts allow a direct view of the sea and the nature reserve.

The internet connection is fiber optic (600Mb/s). The house is in a pine forest area and 100 meters from the beach. It is minimalist and very comfortable. To ensure accessibility, we arranged the main double bedroom with a 150cm bed with an en-suite bathroom and another bedroom with a 135cm double bed on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a bathroom and 2 bedrooms; one with 2 beds and the other with a trundle bed (2 singles) and a double bed.
