Exquisite Ambiance in Tenerife Sur.

Beautiful semi-detached house, on one level with private garden and porch, perfect for romantic getaways, situated in a private and very quiet residential area. There are lots of common areas and a solar-panel heated pool. This apartment has been completely refurbished with a minimalist and modern style. The bedroom has a king-sized bed, LCD 26" TV, and a large wardrobe. Living-room with a 42" LCD TV, home cinema (with option of connecting to a laptop) and a very comfortable sofa. It has an American-style fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom with shower and ambient lighting throughout the house. Located in the south of Tenerife with 85% sunny days per year and an average temperature of 25º. 100 meters from the apartment there is a stunning inlet and natural pool, and about 2 kilometers from a protected natural area where you can go hiking, snorkeling, and swim with giant turtles!

This gorgeous one-bedroom apartment with a modern design is located in the heart of Playa Paraiso, on the first line to the beach and with an exit to the promenade. Its sunny terrace offers an incredible panoramic view of the ocean. The complex has a great location with all the infrastructure needed, a swimming pool, restaurants, the best SPAs nearby and access to Hard Rock with musical programs. The complex has 24-hour security and is within walking distance of supermarkets and shopping mall.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Playa Paraiso is a quiet, but touristically attractive location in Costa Adeje in the south of the island. It is suitable for quieter guests who do not like too many tourists and cars. Our apartment is located right by the sea, between the hotels Hard Rock , Roca Nivaria. Get away from routine at this unique and relaxing stay. This spacious, bright, and stylish apartment has breathtaking ocean views from the large front balcony and from the master bedroom. Apartment for 2/4 people recently renovated with all comforts. Supervised beach 100 m away, all amenities at the foot of the residence: restaurants, bars, French bakery, pharmacy, doctor, and various shops! Bus stop 100 m away that serves Costa Adeje, Las Americas, Los Cristianos etc…. Very convenient when you don't want to or can't rent a car! Parking nearby! Charco Del Viento, ocean view with terrace and jar

Maresía consists of eight holiday homes with incredible views of the sea and the summit. It has beautiful green areas and parking if you come with a car. The pool, shared with the rest of the homes, faces the sea with dream views from where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets. Although the weather in Tenerife is very good, our pool is heated all year round.

A lot of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The new Hard Rock Hotel just in front. ATTENTION: From 16th of June 2025 until the end of the year, the pool will be CLOSED due to renovation works.
