Villa located in peaceful surroundings however 5 minutes from Beaches, Bars and restaurants. “This is an absolutely beautiful 4 bedroom villa, located in a prime location in Mojacar Playa. Bars, restaurants and blue flag beaches all within walking distance from the property. The villa has AMAZING views of the sea, the mountains and Mojacar pueblo. The sofa bed will only be built when there is 9 or 10 adult guests in the house. Any other time the bed is requested there will be a charge.

Just 50 meters from the beach, a five-minute walk! A beautiful 60m2 apartment. It includes 2 spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.60x2m) and another duplex with two twin beds. 2 full bathrooms. Kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and fully equipped with kitchenware (No oven). Living room with TV with porch and direct access to a beautiful garden. Inner patio. WiFi, air conditioning in the living room and fans in all bedrooms. Parties are not allowed. Outdoor street parking.

THE SEA IN FRONT AND THE MOUNTAIN BEHIND, THE RIGHT CIRCUMSTANCES ARE GIVEN TO SPEND A LUXURY VACATION AND TAKE SOME GREAT WALKS, BUT NOT BEFORE TAKING A SWIM, THE BEACH IS 20 METERS FROM THE HOUSE. RESTAURANTS, SUPERMARKET, PARK FOR CHILDREN, SEAFRONT PROMENADE, PHARMACY, ETC. EVERYTHING NEXT TO THE HOUSE.

Charming with an ocean view

Beautiful ocean views from every room including from the kitchen, spacious terraces(27m2) filled with flowers with stylish furnishings includes dining table. Air conditioning and ceiling fan in every room. Large closets and fully equipped kitchen. Very quiet area, great for families with kids 3 large swimming pools 3 for children and tennis court. Parking. 5 minutes from the beach and good and varied restaurants. In very good condition and careful decor.

The perfect place to relax and enjoy. The apartment is located on top of a hill and a 5-10 min walk from te beach and the boulevard with all restaurants and bars. The air bnb has a huge terrace (70m2) with a roofed dining area, lounge and a barbecue. The views are spectacular. You will live between the mountains with a fantastisch pool- and seaview. Inside we have all equipment and service you need. Mojácar and it's surroundings has a lot to offer.
