With 45 m², it has a bedroom, a full bathroom and an integrated kitchen with a living-dining room, all in one space. The bedroom has a 135 x 190 cm double bed with a new mattress for optimal rest 🛏️, as well as a 175 x 80 cm sofa bed for a third person to sleep. The apartment has very good ventilation and hot/cold air conditioning. The room receives a lot of natural light, creating a cozy atmosphere🌿✨. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, an oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a coffee maker and an electric kettle🍳☕. Includes basic condiments and laundry detergent, avoiding unnecessary expenses. There is a table for 2 people with chairs, perfect for couples meals🍽️. Full bathroom with a shower tray🚿, amenities like gel, shampoo, hand soap and hairdryer. Linens and towels are also included🛁. The entire apartment is exclusive to guests. Completely new and design.

The apartment has a large bedroom with a double bed and closet, a sofa bed in the dining room, and a piece of furniture that converts into a small bed. It also has a gallery to hang and store beach gear. The pool is open during the summer months. Outside of this period, it is best to check.

A balcony to the Mediterranean, in the best area of Cullera beach, with the whole front wall of folding glass, so that the beach is part of your living room. We completely renovated it in 2019 to enjoy it ourselves and share it with you when my wife and I cannot go. So you will find all the comforts of home, such as dishwasher, food processor, etc. There is also a pool belonging to the building and a (slightly challanging) underground garage.
