Ideal for any time of the year, in warm weather, you can choose between several beaches (5 minutes by car), one of the 2 communal open air swimming pool or one of the outdoor terraces with its marvellous views. In cold weather, the pool is covered and you can enjoy it, the communal sauna or the warmth of the fireplace in the living.

We completely renovated it in 2019 to enjoy it ourselves and share it with you when my wife and I cannot go. So you will find all the comforts of home, such as dishwasher, food processor, etc. There is also a pool belonging to the building and a (slightly challanging) underground garage. It's our dream and now it can be yours too

In the house there are also brochures with all the sports and cultural activities. Dénia is declared a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.
