A balcony to the sea - Front line, facing the sea

A balcony to the Mediterranean, in the best area of Cullera beach, with the whole front wall of folding glass, so that the beach is part of your living room. We completely renovated it in 2019 to enjoy it ourselves and share it with you when my wife and I cannot go. So you will find all the comforts of home, such as dishwasher, food processor, etc. There is also a pool belonging to the building and a (slightly challanging) underground garage. It's our dream and now it can be yours too

The complex has swimming pools, tennis courts, a petanque area, a garden area, a barbecue, and a common area where you can enjoy barbecues and paellas with friends and family, with tables and chairs available. There is a restaurant/cafeteria in the same building. Free parking. It is a few minutes away from the Posidonia Paddle Surf School, where you can take classes, rent boards, canoes, etc. Direct beach access.

Spectacular beachfront apartment. We are located on the first beach line in Tavernes de la Valldigna. Fully renovated 100m2 apartment, with all the necessary amenities to spend a few days of rest and tranquility with family and friends. The most spectacular thing is undoubtedly the sunrises on the terrace while drinking coffee or walking on the beach. Definitely a unique and reasonably priced experience! We look forward to seeing you!
