Very well located apartment 200 meters from the beach in a beautiful development highly rated by tourists with a pool and green areas. This apartment is outdoor, modern, and fully equipped. Very quiet residential area with all amenities near supermarkets and restaurants and 4 km from downtown Dénia. It has air conditioning with a heat pump and heat. It is distributed in a living room with kitchen , 1 bedroom, toilet and terrace with gorgeous views.

CALABLANCA

The house. The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you.
