The studio is fully furnished with a queen size -pocket sprigs mattress- bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and satellite TV. It’s located 100m. away from the Kalamaki beach which is awarded with a blue flag. It’s only 5 km away from the center of Chania. It is a newly renovated one bedroom apartment on the second floor with a kitchen, a bathroom and a big balcony. It is located 350m away from the beach, 900m away from the bus station (KTEL) and 900m away from the old town and the notorious old harbor. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood in the most beautiful city of Crete, Chania.

CURRENTLY, CONSTRUCTION WORKS ARE BEING CARRIED OUT on a building opposite the apartment, so some days the noise could be increased. For this reason, in case the noise does indeed cause you a problem, we will provide you a 10% discount on your stay.
