Whether in the living room, kitchen, shower or at the bottom of your bed, you will see the sea! A private staircase will take you to a pretty cove with very few people.

Place de la Victoire, ideally located, close to everything: Apartment recently renovated, cozy and comfortable: Entrance, living area with sofa and dining table, open equipped kitchen, bedroom area with storage, bathroom, separate toilet. Quiet terrace (armchairs, table and 2 chairs). Southeast-facing: sun in the morning and shade in the late afternoon, pleasant when it's hot. Free Wi-Fi, fiber. Washing machine.

Bright studio - Casino District

Very bright 25 m2 studio on La Baule, Casino district. 4th floor with elevator. Beautiful unobstructed view of the city. Quiet area. Easy parking + bike storage. 500 m from the beach. 950 m from the market. 1.4 km from the train station and 1.3 km from Avenue de Gaulle. PS: mattress topper for more comfort and due to some negative feedback on the initial mattress, put in place since July 30, 2024.

Les Volets Bleus is a small villa in the heart of La Baule but quiet because it is set back from a small street. You have your private parking and everything is within walking distance:market (daily) shops and beaches. The house is on one level with a small garden . The beds are made for your arrival , the towels are there , all you have to do is unpack your luggage and enjoy!
