Simplify your life in this peaceful and central place. Very well located, all within a 10-minute walk (beach, SNCF train station, direct TGV to Paris, market every day, shopping avenue, a small Carrefour Market, bakery) I live next door in the same garden, so I will be at your disposal, but the whole garden will be yours as well as the garden furniture. I can possibly add a 90 cm folding bed. the shower room and separate toilet have a window.

Very bright 25 m2 studio on La Baule, Casino district. 4th floor with elevator. Beautiful unobstructed view of the city. Quiet area. Easy parking + bike storage. 500 m from the beach. 950 m from the market. 1.4 km from the train station and 1.3 km from Avenue de Gaulle. PS: mattress topper for more comfort and due to some negative feedback on the initial mattress, put in place since July 30, 2024.

Small villa in the centre of La Baule but quiet because it is set back from a small street. You have your private parking and everything is within walking distance: market (every day, except Monday in winter), shops and beaches. The house is on one level with a small garden . The beds are made for your arrival , the towels are there , all you have to do is unpack your luggage and enjoy!
